Vessel Walkthrough and Details
Factory Description Bluestar 29.9 Weekend Cruiser
The Bluestar 29.9 is a thoroughly modern yacht, yet one whose looks are steeped tradition. It's powerful, quiet engines and newly designed hull makes the Bluestar one of the most beautiful crafts in the harbor.
Her understated classic lines speak of superb craftsmanship that will never go out of style. The Bluestar's interior of white bulkheads with highly varnished teak trim in the "Herreshoff" tradition further emphasizes the builders' commitment to quality and longevity.
But the Bluestar's beauty is anything but skin deep. Her twin diesels give her unmatched handling as well as added safety at sea. Even at cruising speeds, the hull, designed by Mark Ellis, delivers a smooth, soft ride to her passengers under any conditions and her engines are unusually quiet.
The Bluestar is a "Yacht" quality boat at thirty feet, small enough to be easily handled, yet large enough to be comfortable and safe. These qualities make her an excellent pocket yacht.

Joe Evans grew up in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina - just north of Charleston. After graduating from Florida State University, he fished offshore professionally in southwest Florida. Ultimately though, Joe ended up in broadcast television sales for nearly two decades. Sales included local ad time for individual market television stations, as well as negotiating multi-million-dollar deals on regional, national, and political campaigns. As broadcast viewership is in serious decline, and with a never ending interest for boats, Joe found a new home in yacht sales. With a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong history of successful sales and negotiations, Joe is ready to provide the service necessary to help you find the right boat.
