Description
The clever design of the Grady-White 305 Express starts at her centerline helm. A functional starboard lounge, another bench port side aft, ease of access from the cockpit, all the way the forward port side cabin door. A functional cabin to grab some lunch, shade, or stay the night. Great visibility for the helmsman is obvious, a cool retracting helm (hey more counter space while entertaining in your slip, or on the hook) a great Sea V2 riding hull; and this particular one is so nice. "Maddie Lee" has been loved on by her current owners of 14 years. A 2021 complete new transom, built with factory involvement and guidance; a testament the type of care this pampered 305 received. In 2022, "Maddie Lee" received a new enclosure and bolsters, along custom helm and deck outdoor carpets. Her Yamaha F250's have 846 hours and already had their 100 hour service completed in 2025.

While growing up in Europe and Asia, Joe’s early obsession with water was fostered during summer with his grandparents in Wildwood, NJ.  Landing a job as a mate on a party fishing boat at age 13 and later a jet ski rental, through college; running boats, maintaining them, fishing or diving off them, has always been part of his life. Â
